Snug & Outdoor teamed up with Sutcliffe Play and won a competition to design a £1 million Play Pathfinder adventure playground in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.

We devised an extensive and multi-stage consultation project aimed at a wide cross-section of the local community, to ensure that everyone had their say in the development of this much needed resource.

The new playground delivers a highly innovative and adventurous playspace appealing to all ages, and includes two specially built barges that provide indoor facilities. Alongside high quality equipment, there are unique bespoke elements such as: a modular climbing structure which incorporates elements children can adapt and change themselves; an eccentric wooden pathway which ribbons across the site and creates bridges and steep cambers, and landscaping which is sensitive to the park location.
